Ruffino Prosecco NV Review
The higher the production of a wine like Prosecco, made from the Glera grape, the harder it is to grab aromas and character. Here is a perfect example, with prominent aromas of over-ripened pear and not much more, making this a perfect bubbly for brunch. At $12 or less a bottle (they also sell splits) you can buy a case and have mimosas all day long.
