Rocca di Montegrossi 'Geremia' Toscana IGT 2015 Review
If you're all about those red blends, give this big’un a try. It’s still aging and could go another year or so, but it’s drinking well now. This is a great steak wine because it has a nice, grippy tannin structure with a deep fruit core. The capper is the awesome acidity that lifts the wine up just enough to match with that protein.
