Roble Fino Partida Cristalino Reposado Sherry Oak Finish Review
As its name suggests, there's a lot going on with this tequila, but its final profile is a resounding success. After it's finished in ex-single-malt Sherry-seasoned casks, the reposado undergoes a filtration process that removes all of its color. That final process also softens the edges, resulting in a lively reposado that culminates in dried fruit notes and hints of caramelized nuts. This is a unique tequila that is remarkably enjoyable.
