Don Julio Alma Miel Joven Tequila Review
A new entry to the Don Julio lineup, Alma Miel is a nuanced blend of blanco, French-sweet-wine-cask-aged añejo, and roasted agave honey. Arriving with a sunrise golden hue and bursting with a garden grove of aromas, this tequila goes above and beyond the profile of other recent innovations — most notably, cristalinos. A decadent swirl of caramelized apricots coats the palate, followed by notes of pepper and baking spices, which linger onto its lengthy finish.
