Robert Mondavi Winery Napa Valley Red Blend 2019 Review
No introductions are needed here, am I right? Robert Mondavi is part of the fabric of American wine culture. The Mondavi family, along with a short list of other Napa winemakers, were crucial to the development of the region. This is one of their red blends and it just hits right. The nose is deep with soulful oak, a hint of cinnamon, and a whisper of mint. The palate is dense and tannic, but very balanced. The mouthfeel is quite comfy with good acidity supporting the heft. Steak steak steak!
