Maculan ‘Costadolio’ Rosé 2016 Review
A pale salmon-colored wine with orange highlights, this rosé only sees a short amount of skin contact, which is why it comes across as closer to a white wine than a classic rosé. Lemon citrus and tart tangerine burst on the dry palate, with undercurrents of rocky minerality and a clean, refreshing finish. Light and uncomplicated, it completely qualifies for go-to rosé status.
