Redemption High Rye Bourbon Single Barrel Select Review
This high-rye, sourced bottling from Redemption is bottled without chill-filtration and at an appealing 105-proof. It mingles savory with sweet, and contains a mash bill of 60 percent corn, 36 percent rye, and 4 percent barley. Expect an ice-cream-shop nose with notes of creme brulee, fudge, and oak, while the palate pleases with rye spice and caraway.
