Raymond Ragnaud XO Review
Made from 100-percent Ugni Blanc grapes, this small-production X.O. exudes elegance from start to finish. The nose carries warming aromas of toffee, cigars, vanilla, and dried apricots. The palate counters with lively, youthful vigor and light spiciness on the back end. At $90, it may seem pricey to use in cocktails, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better Cognac to mix up in an Old Fashioned.
