Quinta do Crasto Douro Superior White 2018 Review
This is like an oaky Chardonnay, but salty. Instead of butter, you get salted butter. Instead of vanilla, you get salted vanilla. It has a bracing acidity that really quenches the thirst, but the oak is undeniable, and I am not sure what food to pair with it. It would be a good bottle to bring to a host, or to pour as a nice welcome glass.
