Peregrine Mohua Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Review
This wine is all mineral and muted pears. The palate is filled with lively acidity and a significant amount of residual sugar, making it a sweet, frothy, easy drinking wine. It’s not very representative of the grape, but it tastes fun and is ready to party.
