Paumanok Late Harvest Riesling 2022 Review

While the Finger Lakes region further upstate is better known for its Riesling expressions, this late harvest bottling from Paumanok is so balanced it shows great potential for the grape in Long Island as well. The nose is subtle with some hints of pear and caramel. The palate and mouthfeel are just right. Rich fruit with a grippy edge and great acidity lifting the wine on the palate.
