Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Chablis 2021 Review
Patrick Piuze left Montreal after meeting the famous negotiant and winemaker Marc Chapoutier. Through his connections, Patrick traveled extensively studying winemaking and landing in Chablis. For ten years, he shook up the region with his style. Drinking this wine, you can be assured this is what Chablis should taste like. Crisp notes of apples and pears arrive to your senses first, with a lingering perception of minerality. The palate is tight, focused, and drying around the edges, giving the wine a nice grip. The fruit is present and allows depth alongside skillful angles.
