Premier Cru Chablis is a great find in Burgundy. They are wonderful wines from high-quality sites that cost less than their Grand Cru counterparts. This bottle is a great example. It has a mineral-driven nose with some sliced pear notes. The palate is where it’s at with a supple mouthfeel and even acidity.
