Pali Wine Co. 'Pali Vineyard' Chenin Blanc 2023 Review
Pali Wine Co. is a project that makes wines sourced from sustainable vineyards across California's Central Coast. After a decade of making wine, it can now boast its own wine from its own estate vineyard. This Chenin comes from the Pali Vineyard, and it looks like all of the work paid off. The wine offers a subtle, mineral-driven nose and a grippy, textural palate.
