Orin Swift Papillon Red 2020 Review

For a wine with a bunch of alcohol and a lot of oak, this wine is not that big. I mean it's a big, full-bodied wine but there is a salty, saline vibe on the nose and palate that softens it a bit. The nose is all the fruits mashed up and folded into vanilla beans. The minerality shows up doing work on the palate, which is rich and dense but lifted up by the acidity.
