New York Distilling Company Dorothy Parker American Gin
Review
A noted gin (and Martini) lover, Dorothy herself would have been impressed with this gin. Along with the typical gin botanicals, this release also includes elderberry and hibiscus peels. Used in much lower quantities than juniper, the ingredients nonetheless bring noticeable fresh fruit and floral character, particularly on the nose. The palate lands with approachable, well-rounded grace, and finishes with a playful spice.
