New Riff Single Barrel Rye Review
There are a number of noteworthy techniques used in the production of this Kentucky whiskey. The 100 percent rye mash bill, which contains 95 percent rye and 5 percent malted rye, is fermented using the sour mash technique. The distilled spirit ages for four years and is bottled at a cask-strength 110.8 proof without chill filtration. The outcome is a robust, flavorful rye that's brimming with character and offers excellent value for money.
