New Riff Distilling 6 Year 100% Malted Rye Review
Even when rested in for a few minutes in glass, New Riff's 100 percent malted rye arrives with a slightly muted nose, and just a kiss of oak. On the palate, however, the spirit unleashes its complexity in full force with dense notes of caraway, pumpernickel, and sweet cherries. We've come to expect big things from this distillery, and once again, they’ve hit the mark.
