This year, New Riff's Kentucky Straight release, specifically the bottling distilled in Fall 2015, has repeatedly proven to be a dependable and enjoyable everyday sipper at the VinePair HQ. This bourbon checks all the boxes for whiskey enthusiasts, from its non-chill-filtered bottling to its sour mash fermentation.
