Muller-Catoir MC Riesling Feinherb 2018 Review
Great focus here. Actually, I should say sharp focus. If you know this grape, you will be familiar with the smells of wet rock, lime, and petrol (slightly gasoline-y). The palate is grippy and refreshing, with crazy bright acidity and a slice of sweetness. This would work well with some green pad thai or a vindaloo, but can also hang with some roasted or caramelized veggies.
