Mother Rock 'Liquid Skin' 2021 Review
The grapes for this wine are sourced from a single vineyard on the Paardeberg Mountain in South Africa, from organic and dry farmed old vines. The wine is aged with the skins and stems for a long maceration of eight weeks. This lends to a unique profile with notes of juicy orange (and even the peel) with a subtle touch of ginger. The palate has tart mouthfeel that is balanced by good depth of fruit.
