Messina Hof GSM 2021 Review

Messina Hof is a Texas winery that has been making wine in the Lone Star State since 1977 (the year Star Wars came out). It has been a leader in quality and a pioneering force in the community, and is still producing award-winning wine today. This casual GSM (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre) is a great addition to its lineup. It is so herby and peppery on the nose with notes of dark red fruit. The savory vibes carry over to the palate as well alongside some good dense fruit framed by soft tannins. This with a slight chill and some meat off the grill will make your day.
