McIntyre Family Wines Per Ardua 2016 Review

McIntyre Family Wines is a story of experience. Proprietor Steve McIntyre and his wife Kim are among the most knowledgeable viticulturists in California, farming over 16,000 acres of vineyards across California's Monterey County. This blend of Petit Verdot and Merlot is an absolute joy to sip. It has an earthy nose with brambly fruit and hints of balsamic. On the palate there's a slight tartness with nice acidity. This wine has some age on it, but it's shining right now.
