This wine is extremely effervescent on the palate without showing any visible bubbles. It's a quintessential Provençe style rosé. Lots of herbs on the nose and bright red fruit on the palate. I'd drink it with light food or on its own. If you like a Provençe style rosé, you’re going to love this.
