This wine is great and represents the best of easy Parisian bistro wine. It’s a simple and punchy juice bomb, with a whiff of pepper, and a slight grip on the palate. Drinking this wine without a slight chill should result in a fine. Throw this in the fridge for twenty or thirty minutes, and sip it cool with some fromage et charcuterie.
