Lieu-dit Cocagne Coteaux du Vendomois Rosé 2018 Review
This is quite a unique rosé, with notes of grapefruit spiked with ginger, and some white pepper. Some lychee comes around as the wine breathes, along with some jasmine and mint. The palate has great balance, and is able to handle this list of aromas that should clash, with a soft, creamy mouthfeel balanced by great saline minerality.
