Les Dauphins Cotes du Rhone Reserve Rosé 2018 Review
Ripe, pungent green bell pepper is what hits you first. Once that subsides a bit, yet stays upfront, there is a hint of what seems like a white lightning apple-tini. Rosé is not always supposed to be complex, but this wine doesn’t really hit the balance notes, and will serve a party where wine is not the focus just fine. Also, not sure why they call this reserve, as rosé has no guidelines for such things.
