Kokomo Winery Pauline's Vineyard Zinfandel 2025 Review

Zinfandel is everywhere in California, and it shows itself in different ways depending on where it's grown and who is making the wine. This particular bottling comes from Pauline’s vineyard on Dry Creek Road; Kokomo’s co-founder and grower Randy Peters was born on this property and named the vineyard after his mother. Together with winemaker Erik Miller, they craft a distinct expression of Zinfandel, brimming with chocolate-covered cherries, ripe raspberries, and a hint of spice. The palate is fleshy and juicy, with a soft tannic edge and exceptional fruit balance.
