This Riesling from the Mosel’s historic Joh. Jos. Prüm winery is sourced from the estate’s esteemed Wehlener Sonnenuhr site, located on steep, slate-based soils. The result is a fresh, mineral-driven wine that comes in at just 8 percent ABV. It has subtle floral notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom, zippy citrus fruit on the plate, and just a touch of perfectly balanced sweetness on the finish.
