Next time you go to a fancy restaurant that makes their own butter, embarrass yourself, grab it, close your eyes, and give it a big sniff. Or just smell this awesome wine. It has just the right amount of oak, allowing the buttery notes to shine. But shine in that French butter way. The acidity is quite high, making this one of the most refreshing oaky/buttery chardonnay I have ever had. And it’s still aging! Pick up a bottle stat.
