Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky 15 Year Old Review
This 15-year-old single malt got a dual barrel treatment of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, resulting in a delightful Scotch redolent of vanilla, charred pineapple, and dried heather. Peat is ever-so-slightly present, on the nose but becomes more prominent on the palate. This whisky is no shrinking violet, but its intensity offers plenty to explore and enjoy.
