Hermann J. Wiemer Dry Riesling 2019 Review
Digging the subtlety of this wine. It has a frothy acidity that is just alive enough to balance the fruity depth. It smells like a bouquet of flowers and honey, with a whiff of lime. It makes me hungry, and I want to pair it with a baked fish — maybe a grouper or halibut, with onions and curry spices like cumin and coriander seeds.
