Hecht & Bannier Languedoc Rosé 2019 Review
This is a diamond in the affordable rough. It is widely available, and a solid pink for a summer lunch. It smells like wild red fruit and the sea spray, like eating strawberries on the beach. The acidity is bright but the fruit has a nice tart fruit core, keeping the wine soft. It would go very well with a summer picnic. I'm thinking lobster rolls. Wanna join?
