Gramercy Cellars Olsen Vineyard Rosé 2021 Review
This is a rosé that has been made with care. The winemakers actually pick the grapes for this rosé separately from the grapes used for red wine. The result is a wonderful and expressive pink wine. The nose is alive with the smells of apricots and ripened strawberries and just by the nose alone, you’ll sense the concentration of fruit. On the palate, there is a very active, almost frothy acidity dancing through the wine. It promotes that good concentration of fruit and adds a creamy yogurt-like mouthfeel that is very refreshing. This bottle epitomizes the feel of rosé.
