Grace O'Malley Blended Irish Whiskey Review
Banana meets spearmint on the nose of this blend of grain and malt Irish whiskeys, which mature for three to 10 years in French oak, bourbon, and rum casks. The palate continues with spiced cereal notes layered upon a dried apricot core. Intriguingly, the combination of aromas and flavors almost seems to recall rye whiskey, while the lively texture keeps you coming back for sip after sip.
