Gamble Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Review
This Cali cab shows notes of cracked black pepper and cherry mingling with focused red currant. With a swirl or two vanilla emerges, along with some clove swimming along the edges of the heat from the alcohol. This wine is a bit hot, but this seems par for the course with these big Napa Cabs. Maybe some time in bottle will help, but for now it drinks well after the heat burns off.
