François Voyer V.S.O.P. Cognac Review
Produced at Pierre Vaudon’s family estate from grapes harvested in Grande Champagne, this V.S.O.P. is drawn from barrels aged six to 14 years. There’s some citrusy notes on the nose with a touch of vanilla. The palate is packed with orchard fruits, a bit of apricot jam, and some herbal hints. It’s mellow and soft and eminently drinkable. At this price, you can afford to use it for any and all drinking occasions.
