Flora Springs Trilogy 2021 Review

The red blend category is a fairly recent trend in American wine, but Flora Springs has been making wine in this style for a few decades now. Not only that, but it's their flagship wine. They have it down to a T. We continue to love this red blend, and it just seems to get better every year. It has a big nose with bold fruit and hints of black peppercorns. The palate is excellent with balanced, grippy tannins and good fruit depth with just enough acidity to keep the wine even.
