Felsina Berardenga Chianti Classico DOCG 2021 Review
Made from 100 percent Sangiovese, this Chianti Classico comes from the southernmost end of the classico zone. Here the sunny and dry climate results in a more full-bodied wine with deeper fruit. This wine is probably one of the best and most accessible expressions of the style available. It has a dense, earthy nose with sour cherry and cranberry aromas complemented by hints of tobacco and leather. The palate showcases the rich depth of Siena, with a juicy fruit core framed by firm tannins.
