Famille Dubard Sauvignon Blanc "Coeur du Mont" 2021 Review
Sauvignon Blanc is a grape that makes terroir-driven wines, and the Dubard family in Bergerac, an area that inspired the likes of Alexander Dumas, specializes in terroir-driven wines. Their Sauvignon Blanc is an uncomplicated, solid weeknight white wine for a cheese plate get-together. It has a mineral-driven nose and a palate that is creamy and crisp at the same time. It has great acidity and would pair well with some fresh goat cheese.
