Erath Pinot Noir 2016 Review
You can tell this wine wants to give more, but the acidity is quite high and the fruit is lean, leaving it with a sink hole on the palate where all aromas slip into after they hit your brain and bounce away. Cherry and cinnamon notes are sacrificed for herbs and petrol. It’s a fine wine for cookouts or pool parties where wine isn’t the focus.
