Elk Cove Vineyards Estate Riesling 2018 Review
This wine is tart on the nose and mineral-driven, like sniffing a river stone. The palate is razor-sharp and smells like candied lemon peels. It has very high and bracing acidity that balances the sweeter characteristics. This is a very good pick up for a spicy menu to calm the heat.
