Elijah Craig Barrel Proof (A121) Review
This high octane, standout offering from Heaven Hill’s Elijah Craig line continues to deliver, batch after batch. The first of the three releases for this year, A121 has an intensely aromatic nose that’s full of clove, vanilla, licorice, and toasted oak notes. Without question, the 120-plus proof hits on the palate, but it’s a wild, enjoyable ride and as high stakes as it gets on the ABV front.
