Eberle 'Mill Road' Viognier 2018 Review
Earthy feels here with beeswax and pears along with a hint of jasmine. With a swirl some peach pops up, along with the subtlest hint of rose petals. On the palate all these aromas are amplified and harmonized with the wine's medium acidity allowing it to maintain some depth. This grape can make some cloying wine in Cali, but this winemaker has found the balanced sweet spot of quality.
