Eberle 'Cotes-du-Robles' 2018 Review
Rich fruit with a lean acidity makes this wine a good outdoor grilling red. It has high alcohol, yet the acidity is so high, you could chill it a bit. This bottle would be divine with a charred and slathered rib.
