Domini Del Leone Pinot Grigio 2021 Review
This biodynamic Pinot Grigio is one of the most unique wines made from this grape coming out of Italy. It looks like a white wine, but kind of drinks like a red. The nose has tart fruit that is tamed by lean minerality. On the palate, it's a damn success with good depth and a grippy edge. The mouthfeel has a slight weight and good structure. This wine has great depth for a variety that doesn’t often see this kind of concentration. Awesome.
