Domaine Sigalas 'AM' 2019 Review
This wine is like a summer day on the coast. It’s slightly briny and crisp, with bracing acidity. It smells like lemons and honey with a dash of sliced pears. It has wonderful balance, and with a pile of shellfish you’ll cry OPA!
