Domaine Saint Gayan Gigondas 2016 Review
OK, here is the list my brain made immediately after smelling this wine: mushrooms, rosemary, oregano, thyme, tarragon, dirt, and perfume. It has an awesome, heady depth to it that is balanced by high acidity. The tannins are present but don't overwhelm. This is a well-structured Rhône ready to be paired with some lamb.
