Domaine Eric Louis Rosé ‘Sophie Bertin’ 2021 Review
While carrying on the family tradition of generations of winemaking in Sancerre, Eric Louis also likes to switch it up a little. This is a Pinot Noir rosé with a good dose of Malbec. It has nice, elegant floral aromas with a waft of white pepper and underripe strawberries. The minerality is the key here, keeping the wine refreshing. Perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day, and well into the evening.
