Domaine de la Patience Costieres de Nimes 'Nemausa' Rosé NV Review
On the nose the wine hits you with briny seawater and red fruit with some mint and pepper wafting up, there is even some beeswax or honey balm. But on the palate these all pretty much disappear, draped by a prominent oxidative note found in sherry. This is what people are calling natural wine, and it’s only $12, so it’s a good one to give a try to see if you like this style of wine.
